What would you highlight about Holiday & Business Apartments 1160 Vienna
I did not like the place. The apartment complex was like a haunted house. No lights on the staircase. No human activity. Kitchen was somewhat OK.
As I mentioned earlier this was like a haunted house. My family was scared to live there. Toilet was not clean. The supply of hot water in the shower was erratic. The hole to drain out water was improper.

What would you highlight about Holiday & Business Apartments 1160 Vienna
The appartment is very spatious and recently renovated. There is a P+R parking within 20 min. walking distance which makes this hotel an interesting option for those who travel to Viena by car (the parking costs 3,4 euro per day). Relatively good communication with the city center via tram (overall, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Stephansplatz). Decent internet. We didn't met the owner or recepcionist but the communication via email was very swift.
The kitchen, although well equipped, is hardly functional for anything more than to make a coffee or to boil a water for a tea. An additional surface at the kitchen is very much needed (in fact, there is enough space to put a small table). During our stay a wash sink at the kitchen was clogged, but it was not possible to fix it due to some problem in the building where the hotel is located.

What would you highlight about Holiday & Business Apartments 1160 Vienna
The location is fine. The bathroom and wc were working fine.
There was problems with the sink completely closed, was impossible the wash the dishes. Inside the department smells bad, no air. As we knew later, before was made the reconstruction works, some people were living and in bad conditions kept the flat, then there came a new owner which simply did some easy cosmetic improvements and started to earn money. Also the furniture inside is in bad conditions. When we came inside I called the contact, her name Sara. She gave me some advice were to park the car, because close to the department is possible just for 2 hrs from 8:00 till 19:00, then I needed to park some 20 min far from the flat. And later I called because of the sink and smells problems and she didn't pick up the phone ever, I left messages and nothing. I strongly recommend to close the cooperation that you have with these people.

What would you highlight about Holiday & Business Apartments 1160 Vienna
Every thing was brand new. very comfortable and clean beds. very clean flat. Easy check-in and check-out. I asked for an early check-in but didn't receive any response until I called them from Vienna airport they said that we can go there early. The location is very close to supermarkets, bus and tram stations but you can not walk to city center.
I think the flat is new so still needs some more stuff like iron, toaster, Microwave. There was no TV or washing machine. We stayed on the second floor and there are lots of stairs to get to the flat, so I don't recommend it for families with old people or young children. There is no air-conditioner in the flat, so it could get very hot in summer.
